Bluewire started working with restaurant The Roast in 2014. We were contacted by the owner who wanted to modernise the lighting within the restaurant, all without downtime and without any detrimental effects to customers. Bluewire took the job on and worked through the night to overhaul existing lighting in order to avoid restaurant downtime. The job took a night’s work and required communication with a number of other businesses and tradesmen to ensure that the job was finished to the highest quality.
This job was managed by Bluewire and lighting was installed throughout the restaurant as per the drawings given to us. The Roast had a very clear idea about what they wanted to achieve with the new lighting and Bluewire strived to achieve this.
The end result was a lighting installation that was safe, looked stunning, and most importantly of all was exactly what The Roast had wanted. The job took some planning, however we managed to install the lighting in a single night which ensured that the restaurant experienced no downtime at all and we worked with other trades to ensure a high quality job.

Bluewire started working with restaurant Ambiente Tapas in 2014. The premises used to be an old music shop and Bluewire was contracted to overhaul all of the existing electrical infrastructure for the installation of electrical appliances essential to everyday restaurant running. The job took 4 weeks from start to finish and required considerable planning as the original shop was in no way set up for restaurant use.
Here’s what we did:
Bluewire communicated with various other local businesses including a kitchen company and air conditioning company to ensure that every stage of the electrical infrastructure overhaul was properly managed. Throughout the job, we communicated with the owner of Ambiente Tapas updates on work progress and strived to alleviate any concerns a project of this scale normally brings. Health and safety was of paramount importance throughout the process.
The job took 4 weeks from start to finish and the end results speak for themselves.
